“Sono molto contento di questo progetto per diversi motivi:

dal primo progetto alla grande apertura ci sono voluti solo 15 mesi; il budget del brief è stato rispettato; abbiamo lavorato bene ed in armonia con aziende di diversi paesi; abbiamo passato il test di efficienza da parte della burocrazia del Consiglio Locale; si tratta di un’edilizia sostenibile: telaio in legno lamellare, tetto e due prospetti con coibentazione speciale e finitura in lamiera d’alluminio, tamponamenti in vetro con vale U di 1,1 W/mq. Tutti i materiali sono riciclati. L’edificio, infatti, si avvale della certificazione edilizia di Classe A. il progetto tratta una superficie del piano terra di 1000 mq e del primo piano di 180 mq.”

“I am very happy with this project for several reasons:

From the first drafts to the project grand opening it only took 15 months.

The budget of the brief, were met. We worked well and in harmony with companies from different countries we had a test of efficiency by the Local Council burocracy building a sustainable: glued laminated timber frame, roof and two prospects with special insulation and finished in aluminum sheets, glass curtain walls with U value of 1.1 W/sqmC. All materials are recycled. The building achieve to obtain a the certification Class “A” for sustainability. The ground floor area is 1000 sqm and the first floor is 180 sqm”
